Restore an archived pay item (for Xero's Pay Run feature)

Restore an archived pay item to your payroll if you have the Adviser or Standard user role with Payroll Admin.

  1. Go to Settings, then General Settings.

  2. Click Pay Items.

  3. Go to the Archived tab.

  4. Select the checkbox for the pay item you want to restore.

  5. Click Restore. This means the pay item will be available to select during future pay runs, including copied pay runs where that pay item was part of the pay run before it was archived.

  6. Click OK.
