Find the subscriber of an organization

The subscriber is the person Xero has on record as being responsible for an organization. Only the subscriber can update the organization’s billing information and payment details, or transfer the subscription to someone else. Find out who the subscriber of an organization is from My Xero or the Organization Settings.

Use My Xero to find the subscriber

  1. From the header, click the list icon Image showing the list icon, then select My Xero.

  2. On the Home tab, look under the Subscription column for each organization you have access to.
  3. If you're not the subscriber, you'll see their name. Click it to see their email address.

  4. If you're the subscriber, you'll see links to your organization's billing options.

Use the organization settings to find the subscriber

  1. In the Settings menu, select General Settings.
  2. Under Organization, click Subscription.
  3. If you're not the subscriber, you'll see their name and email address. Click their address to send them an email.

  4. If you're the subscriber, click Manage Subscription to view and manage the billing details.
