Find out who is your organization's subscriber

Find your subscriber – the person who Xero has on record as being responsible for your organization. Only the subscriber can update your organization’s billing information and payment details, or transfer the subscription to someone else. There are two ways of finding your subscriber – through your organization settings or using My Xero.

Use your organization settings to find the subscriber

  1. In the Settings menu, select General Settings.
  2. Under Organization, click Xero Subscription.
  3. If you're not the subscriber, you'll see their name and email address. Click their address to send them an email.

  4. If you're the Xero subscriber, click Manage in My Xero to view and manage your billing details.

Use My Xero to find the subscriber

  1. From the header, click the list icon Image showing the list icon, then select My Xero.

  2. On the Home tab, look under the Subscription column for each organization you have access to.
  3. If you're not the subscriber, you'll see their name. Click it to see their email address.

  4. If you're the subscriber, you'll see links to your organization's billing options.
