Partner Edition user roles and their access to checks in Xero

Only the Advisor user role can access checks in Partner Edition organizations. 

The Advisor user role has full access to check printing within their client's Xero organization. They can add and edit check styles, pay by check, print checks, and view the check register.

Checks are not available within Partner Edition Ledger plans.
