View the users in an organization

If you have the Standard or Advisor user role, you can view the list of users who have access to your organization, and their user roles and permissions.

To view the list of users go to Settings, General Settings, Users.

Every user who has access to your organization is listed, along with:

To view a list of the most recent logins to your organization, click Login history.

If you have Practice Administrator or Principal permissions and you're viewing your practice organization, you'll see a link to Add to Staff. Use this to give a staff member access to your practice organization.
