Work with published reports

View, export, archive or delete published reports on the Published tab.

Your ability to work with published reports depends on your user role.

View published reports

  1. Go to Reports, then click All Reports.
  2. Click Published to view the list of published reports.
  3. Click the report name to view an individual published report. Xero displays any summaries or comments saved with the report.

Export a published report to Excel, PDF or Google Sheets

  1. Go to Reports, then click All Reports.
  2. Click the Published tab to view the published reports list.
  3. Click the arrow to the right of the report, then click your preferred export option:
    • Export to PDF
    • Export to Google Sheets
    • Export to Excel
  4. Open, save or print the file as you need.

Archive a published report

Archived reports can be accessed from the Archived tab later and restored if necessary.

  1. Go to Reports, then click All Reports.
  2. Click Published to view the list of published reports.
  3. Click the arrow to the right of the report, then click Archive.

Delete a published report

Deleting is permanent. A deleted report can't be viewed or restored later.

  1. Go to Reports, then click All Reports.
  2. Click Published to view the list of published reports.
  3. Click the arrow to the right of the report, then click Delete.
