Publish a report and set up print styles

Save a draft report to the Published tab and set up styles for printing. You can do this from the Drafts tab or from within the report itself.

You can only publish reports if you have the Advisor user role.

Publish a report from the Drafts tab

  1. Go to Reports, then click All Reports.
  2. Select Drafts.
  3. Click the arrow to the right of the report you want to publish, then select Publish.

  4. Set up print styles for the report. Options vary depending on the type of report.
  5. Click Save or Publish.

Publish a report from within the report itself

  1. On newer reports, click Save As, then select Published. If you see a Publish button, click Publish instead.
