Delete account groups on new financial reports

Delete groups of accounts on the new Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Owners' Equity, and Statement of Cash Flows reports.

  1. Open the report.
  2. Click Edit Layout.
  3. Click the group you want to edit to select it.
  4. Click delete Image of trash icon or ungroup Image of trash icon if the group has accounts in it.

    If the group is being used by a formula, you'll need to edit the formula.

Deleting a group won't remove the accounts from the report. This will simply delete the custom group and list the accounts individually.
