Mark a quote as accepted or declined

Record when your customer accepts your quote, or if your quote is declined. Your quote must have the status of Sent before you can mark it as accepted or declined. If you want to make changes to your quote, revise it instead.

Mark your quote as accepted

  1. Go to Accounts, then click Sales.
  2. Under the Quotes heading, click the Sent tab.
  3. Select the check box next to the quote you want to mark.
  4. Click Accept.

Mark your quote as declined

  1. Go to Accounts, then select Sales.
  2. Under the Quotes heading, click the Sent panel.
  3. Select the check box next to the quote you want to mark.
  4. Click Decline.

  5. (Optional) Enter the reason your quote was declined.

  6. Click Decline.
