Email or print a quote

Email your customer a link to an online quote, a PDF attachment, or both. You can print quotes and mail them to your customers.

Before you start

You can change the look of your quotes and emails:

Email a quote

  1. Go to Accounts, then click Sales.
  2. Under Quotes, click the status panel where your quote is.
  3. Select the checkbox of the quote you want to send.
  4. If you're sending a draft quote, click Send.
  5. If you're resending a sent or accepted quote, from the More list, click Send. You can also click each quote to view and send it.
  6. Edit the email fields.
  7. Click Send. The quote will show in the Sent panel.

Print your quotes

  1. Go to Accounts, then click Sales.
  2. Under Quotes, click the status panel where your quotes are.
  3. Select the checkboxes of the quotes you want to print.
  4. If you're printing one or more draft quotes, or multiple sent or accepted quotes, click Print.
  5. If you're printing a sent or accepted quote, from the More list, click Print. You can also click each quote to view and print it.
  6. (Optional for draft quotes) Select Mark as Sent to record that the quote has been sent. The quote will show in the Sent panel.
  7. Click Print and open or save the PDF.
  8. Print the PDF.
