Add an expected arrival date to a purchase order
Add an expected arrival date to approved purchase orders to keep track of when your goods are due to arrive. You can also add a new arrival date if the original date has changed.
- In the Accounts menu, select Purchases.
Under Purchase orders, click Approved.
- Click the purchase order you want to add an expected arrival date to.
Under History & Notes heading, click Add expected arrival.
Enter the expected arrival date and a note for your reference, then click Save.
The updated arrival date appears on the Approved tab. To make changes to the date from this screen, hover over the date and use the plus and minus icons to move the date by a day.
