Update employee payment information if your pay run fails
If your employee payment information isn't correct in Xero, your pay run might fail. You'll need to check the information for each employee in the pay run and correct it if it's wrong.
- In the Payroll menu, select Employees.
- For each employee in the pay run that failed:
- Click the employee's name to show their details.
- Click the Payment Method tab.
- Make sure the payment method is correct for the employee's primary bank account.
