Edit or delete a pay template
Update or remove a pay template in your payroll.
There are some exceptions to pay templates:
- Salary and wages automatically display in the pay template. You cannot change this information in the template. Change an employee's salary and wages details instead.
- Approved timesheet hours override any salary and wages information for that pay period.
- In the Payroll menu, click Employees.
- Click the employee's name.
- Click Pay Template.
- Click any line of the pay template to edit it, or click the at the end of the line to delete it.
- Click Save.
