Edit or delete a pay template

Update or remove a pay template in your payroll.

There are some exceptions to pay templates:

  • Salary and wages automatically display in the pay template. You cannot change this information in the template. Change an employee's salary and wages details instead.
  • Approved timesheet hours override any salary and wages information for that pay period.
  1. In the Payroll menu, click Employees.
  2. Click the employee's name.
  3. Click Pay Template.
  4. Click any line of the pay template to edit it, or click the Image of the Delete button. at the end of the line to delete it.
  5. Click Save.
