Request time off using My Payroll

Use My Payroll (the employee portal) to send a time off request to your payroll administrator or manager.

  1. In the Payroll menu, select My Payroll.
  2. Select the Time Off tab.
  3. Click New Time Off Request.
  4. Enter all your request details.
  5. Click Request.

Xero emails the approver(s) your request. You'll get a confirmation email once it's approved or declined.

Your request and balances show under Available Time Off Balances.
