Switch to a different billing account

If you're the subscriber, you can add your organization to an existing billing account in My Xero. A billing account holds your payment details for your Xero subscription. You can have a billing account for each organization, or one account that pays for many organizations.

  1. From the header, click the list icon Image showing the list icon, then select My Xero.

  2. Find the organization you want and click its Info link.

  3. Click Options, then select Change billing account.

    You can also access your subscription options from within an organization. In the Settings menu, select Subscription, then click Manage Subscription to show the options in a new browser window.

  4. Either:
      • Click Switch to this account to add your organization to an existing billing account.

      • Enter new billing contact details, click Continue, then enter payment details to create a new billing account.

  5. Click Confirm to save your changes.
