Turn reminders off for your organization

If you've set up reminders for your organization, stop sending them for all invoices.

  1. In the Accounts menu, select Sales.
  2. Click the Awaiting Payment panel.
  3. By the clock icon Image of the clock icon., click Invoice reminders on.
  4. Clear the Email customers when an invoice is... checkbox.

  5. Click Save.
