Turn reminders off or on for your organization
If you've set up reminders for your organization, stop or start sending them for all invoices.
- In the Accounts menu, select Sales.
- Click the Awaiting Payment panel.
- By the clock icon , select either Invoice reminders on or Invoice reminders off.
- In the Email customers when an invoice is checkbox, either:
Clear it to turn reminders off for your organization.
- Select it to turn reminders on for your organization.
- Click Save.
