Turn reminders off or on for your organization

If you've set up reminders for your organization, stop or start sending them for all invoices.

  1. In the Accounts menu, select Sales.
  2. Click the Awaiting Payment panel.
  3. By the clock icon Image of the clock icon., select either Invoice reminders on or Invoice reminders off.
  4. In the Email customers when an invoice is checkbox, either:
    • Clear it to turn reminders off for your organization.

    • Select it to turn reminders on for your organization.
  5. Click Save.
