Clear the cookies and cache in your mobile web browser

If you access Xero using a web browser on your mobile and you're experiencing performance issues then clear your cookies and cache. This ensures the old data is not stored in your browser and helps Xero to continually work seamlessly.

Google Chrome app

Android

  1. Open the Chrome app.
  2. Tap the 3 dots icon, then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Privacy, then tap Clear browsing data.
  4. Tap Clear data from the, then choose a time period. To delete everything, select beginning of time.
  5. Select the information you want to remove.
  6. Tap Clear data.

iOS

  1. Open the Chrome app.
  2. Tap the 3 dots icon, then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Privacy, then tap Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Select the information you want to remove.
  5. Tap Clear Browsing Data, then tap again to confirm.

Safari in iOS

  1. Tap Settings, the tap Safari.
  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
  3. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.
