Adjust the print area alignment of a check

Change how close the print area is to the left and top edges of the paper. You can do this for checks and vouchers you print from Xero for purchases, refunds, or expense claims.

To change the layout of Payroll checks, set up a check template.

To adjust the alignment:

  1. In the Settings menu, select General Settings.

  2. Under Features click Check Styles.

  3. Find the style you want to adjust the print alignment for.

  4. Click Options, then Alignment.

  5. Use the arrows to adjust the alignment of the print area. Click Reset to restore the default settings.

  6. Click Save.
