Identify the source of bank statements and bank statement lines

The Source column displays how bank statements and bank statement lines came into Xero:

  • Bank Feed means a direct or Yodlee bank feed.
  • Imported means an OFX, QBO, QFX, QIF or CSV file has been imported into Xero.
  • User means you've marked the account transaction in Xero as reconciled when you couldn't import the statement line from your actual bank account. In doing this, Xero has created a dummy bank statement for you.
