Authorise an employee to approve time off

If you have Payroll Admin access, give an employee permission to approve time off. They can then approve time off for other employees using My Payroll.

  1. In the Payroll menu, select Employees.
  2. Click the employee's name to open their details.
  3. On the Details tab, select the Approve Time Off checkbox.
  4. Click Save.
When you authorise an employee to approve time off, it doesn't give them access to other parts of payroll.
