Submit and approve a time off request for an employee
Create and approve a time off request for an employee before processing a pay run, if they didn't submit them in time or if they don't have access to My Payroll (the employee portal).
- Set up time off accruals and balances for new employees.
How it works
- Your employee's time off balance only includes completed requests.
- Time off balances in your employee's Time Off tab reduce each time you approve a time off request.
- Balances that your employees see in their payslips is for completed time off included in a pay run.
Submit a time off request
- Go to Payroll, then click Time Off.
- Click Add time off, then click Time Off.
- Select the employee and enter all the details.
- Click Approve.
