Approve time off as an authorised employee

If you're an employee who's authorised to approve time off, you can review and approve it using the My Payroll employee portal.

  1. In the Payroll menu, select My Payroll. If you don’t see the menu, don't worry you're already in it.
  2. From the Overview tab, scroll down to Time Off Requests.
  3. Click the time off request you want to approve.
  4. If required, edit any details.
  5. Click Approve.
