Invite an employee to My Payroll

Invite an employee to My Payroll so they can view their payslips, request time off, and approve time off requests for other employees.

Check the employee's email address

Xero uses email to invite employees to My Payroll. You'll need to make sure their email address is correct before you invite them in.

  1. In the Payroll menu, select Employees.
  2. Click the employee's name to open their details.
  3. Under Contact Information, check their email address.

Give an employee access to My Payroll

  1. In the Payroll menu, select Employees.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the employee you want to invite.
  3. Click Invite to My Payroll.
