View voided or deleted invoices or bills
Here's how to view invoices or bills that have been voided or deleted. Your user role determines your access to invoices and bills.
- In the Accounts menu, select either Sales or Purchases.
Click See all.
Click Search to show the search panel.
- (Optional) Enter details of the transaction you're searching for in the search panel fields.
(Optional) If you're searching sales, select the Include Deleted & Voided checkbox.
(Optional) If you're searching purchases, select the All including deleted & voided from the Type field.
- Click Search.
