Add another organisation to Xero

You can add as many organisations to Xero as you like. Choose a pricing plan for each one, or set up a free trial.

  1. Log in to Xero.
  2. From the header, click the list icon Image showing the list icon, then select My Xero.

  3. Click + New organisation.
  4. Enter your organisation's name and where your organisation pays taxes. The country you choose here will determine:

  5. You might also need to enter other details about your organisation, such as the type of business you're in, your financial year end, and if you're registered for VAT.

    Then, start a Xero trial, convert from Sage or QuickBooks, or choose a pricing plan if you're ready to pay for Xero.

    If you're converting from Sage or QuickBooks right now, you'll need to choose a pricing plan, not start a trial.
