Make an overdue subscription payment

If your subscription payment is overdue, your account may be suspended and you won't be able to access your Xero organisation. If you're the subscriber, you can pay the overdue amount.

If you want to make the payment with a different debit or credit card, you'll need to update your subscription debit or credit card details before making payment.
  1. From the header, click the list icon Image showing the list icon, then select My Xero.
  2. Click the Subscriptions & Billing tab.
  3. Alongside your locked billing account, click the Pay now link to pay the overdue amount instantly.
