Change the reminder 'reply to' address

If a customer replies to an invoice reminder, it's sent to the login email of the person that first turns reminders on. You can edit this address so the reply emails go to the right person.

  1. Click Settings, then select General Settings.
  2. Under Features, click Invoice Settings.
  3. Click Invoice Reminders.
  4. Select the Email customers when an invoice is checkbox.
  5. From Send replies to, select the email address you want.

    The available addresses come from your users' individual settings (the address they're set up with in Xero).

  6. Click Save.
