Email multiple invoices to a customer

Select more than one invoice in Xero and email them to your customer. You can include a PDF of the invoices as attachments, attach files, send copies to yourself, and mark the invoices as sent.

Your user role determines your access to invoices.

Before you start

Make sure you set up email templates to use again for sending emails from Xero.

Email multiple invoices

  1. In the Accounts menu, select Sales.
  2. Under Invoices, click the status panel where your invoice is.
  3. Select the checkbox next to each invoice you want to email.
  4. Click Email.

  5. Update the information in the Send window.
  6. Click Send.
