City National Bank direct feeds

Get bank account transactions from City National Bank sent into Xero every Tuesday to Saturday. To apply, add your accounts in Xero, and check your account types are eligible. Then contact your City National relationship manager, who will help you complete a direct feeds authority form.

If your account type is not eligible for direct feeds, try one of the following ways to get your account transactions into Xero:

Setup takes around 10 days

Your feed should start within 10 business days of City National Bank submitting your application form. We'll contact you the day before your feed starts.

Add your bank account number in Xero before you apply

Your account number in Xero must match your City National Bank account number.

Add your bank account in Xero

Contact your City National relationship manager to apply

To set up your direct feed, please contact your City National relationship manager. They will complete an authority form with you.

When you apply, you will need to provide the name of your Xero organisation and the email address that you use to log into Xero.
