Mark a quote as accepted or declined in Xero for iOS

Record when your customer has accepted or declined a sent quote in Xero for iOS. You can also unmark a quote as accepted or declined to change its status back to sent.

Mark a quote as accepted or declined

  1. Tap Sales, then scroll down to quotes.
  2. Tap Sent, then tap the quote to open it.
  3. Tap Options, then tap either Mark as Accepted or Mark as Declined.

Unmark a quote as accepted

  1. Tap Sales, then scroll down to quotes.
  2. Tap To invoice, then tap the quote to open it.
  3. Tap Options, then tap Unmark as Accepted.

Unmark a quote as declined

  1. Tap Sales, then scroll down to quotes.
  2. Tap All quotes, scroll down to Done, then tap the quote to open it.
  3. Tap Options, then tap Unmark as Declined.

To enter the reason the client declined the quote, you'll need to log in to Xero using your web browser.
