Business user role access in the mobile apps

Learn what features and information each user role in Xero can access on their mobile app. You have the same role on the mobile apps as you do in Xero. To update user roles in your organisation, you'll need to log in to Xero using your web browser.

Where can I see my user role?

Xero for iOS
  1. Tap the menu icon Image of the More menu icon in Xero for iOS.
  2. Tap Organisation.
  3. Your user role is shown under your organisation name. If you have access to multiple organisations, your role will be shown under each organisation name.

Xero for Android
  1. Tap the arrow Image of the arrow icon in Xero for Android. next to your organisation name.
  2. Your user role is shown under your organisation name. If you have access to multiple organisations, your role will be shown under each organisation name.
