Use groups to reduce the number of staff members shown in the staff list and make it easier to find a staff member.
Xero HQ Staff has several built-in groups that you can use to sort the staff list based on information about your staff members:
- All staff is the default group and displays a list of all members of your practice staff.
- Click Administrator, Standard, Master administrator, or Standard (Consultant) to show a list of your staff assigned to that Xero HQ user role.
- Click Pending or Active to filter the list based on the status of the staff member's invitation to the practice.
