Use timesheets to create, approve and manage your employee timesheets, and to track the time they work. If you're an employee, use My Payroll to submit and edit your own timesheets.
- Your organisation’s pay calendars control the timesheets needed for each pay run.
- You can create a timesheet for each calendar pay period for each employee assigned that calendar. Once they're approved, the timesheets are included in the pay run. For example, if you've assigned an employee a monthly calendar, each monthly pay run will include their approved monthly timesheets.
- The time that employees work is entered into timesheets using blocks of time. When you click outside a time block, the information saves automatically.
- Time can be tracked using tracking categories.
