Approve timesheets as a Payroll Admin

If you're a Payroll Admin, you can approve all employee timesheets for each pay run before processing the pay. That way, the timesheets are included in the pay run, your employees are paid correctly, and their time can be tracked.

  1. Go to Payroll, then click Timesheets.
  2. From the Any Status list, select Unsubmitted.

  3. Click the timesheet you want to approve.
  4. If an employees hasn’t yet submitted their timesheet, create it for them.

  5. Review the hours to ensure the timesheet is correct.

    If the timesheet isn't correct, you can edit, decline or delete it.

  6. Click Approve.

Once you've approved all timesheets for the pay period, you can process the pay run.
