Approve leave as an authorised employee

If you're an employee who's been authorised to approve leave, you can review and approve it using the My Payroll employee portal.

You must be a Payroll Admin to view and edit an approved requests.
  1. In the Payroll menu, select My Payroll. If you don’t see the menu, don't worry you're already in it.
  2. From the Overview tab, scroll down to Leave Requests.
  3. Click the leave request you want to approve.
  4. Review the hours to ensure they're correct for the number of days a week the employee works.

    The employee's leave balance excludes current requests and all unprocessed leave.

  5. If required, edit any details.
  6. Click Approve.
