Fonterra RD1 direct feeds

Get bank account transactions from Fonterra RD1 sent into Xero every month. To apply, add your accounts in Xero, download the application form, then sign and email us a copy. Your feed will start in 4 weeks.

If your account type is not eligible for direct feeds, try one of the following ways to get your account transactions into Xero:

Apply for a direct feed

Add your bank account and download the application form

  1. In the Accounts menu, select Bank Accounts.
  2. Click Add Bank Account.
  3. Start typing Fonterra, then select Fonterra RD1 (NZ) from the drop-down list.
  4. Enter your account name and select your account type.
  5. Enter your account number. It must match your Fonterra RD1 account number (10 digits long, starting with a 0 and followed by 9 digits.)
  6. Select the currency (if required).

  7. If you have multiple bank accounts to add, click + Add another [bank name] account.
  8. Click Continue.
  9. Click Download Form. If you've added multiple accounts, only the accounts eligible for direct feeds will show on the application form.

  10. Click Done to return to the Dashboard.
Need to apply for feeds for an existing account in Xero?
  1. Click the Get Bank Feeds button next to the eligible bank account.
  2. Select your account type.
  3. Check that you have entered the correct bank account number.
  4. (Optional) If you have multiple accounts for this bank and you don't want to apply for feeds for all of them, click Don't connect next to an account to exclude it.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Click Download Form.
  7. Click Done.

Sign and send us the application form

  1. Open the downloaded application form.
  2. Print the form and fill out any fields that haven't been automatically completed.
  3. Sign the form, then scan it and send it to us.
