Can I temporarily suspend my Xero subscription?

If you need to take a break from Xero, we can't temporarily suspend your subscription but you can reduce your subscription costs by downgrading your pricing plan or cancelling your subscription

If you aren't the subscriber, you will need to ask your organisation's subscriber to make these changes.

Change your Xero pricing plan

You can reduce your monthly Xero subscription fee by downgrading your pricing plan. You can change back to a bigger plan at any time.

Cancel your subscription

If you don't want any monthly subscription charges, you can cancel your subscription. We recommend exporting your data out of Xero first. You can reinstate your organisation later, a reactivation fee may apply.
