Edit, move or delete a schedule on a new report

Edit a schedule on the new Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, or Movements in Equity report. You can also change the order of schedules, or delete a schedule if you no longer require it.

Edit a schedule

To add or change account groups, formulas, individual accounts, or custom information within a schedule:

  1. Open the report you want to edit.
  2. Hover your mouse over the schedule you want to edit, then click Edit.

  3. Select the part of the schedule you want to edit. Your options on the right-hand panel change depending on the row you've selected, eg, select the title row of the schedule to edit its overall properties.
  4. Make the changes you require using the right-hand panel or the icons at the top of the screen.

    Click the rows icon Image of the Row icon. to add accounts, a formula, group, or custom row.

    Click the delete icon Image of trash can icon. to delete the account you've selected.

  5. Click Done when you're ready to exit the layout editor.

Change the order of schedules

  1. Open the report you want to edit.
  2. Hover your mouse over the schedule you want to move. Click the up or down arrows to move it above or below the other schedules.

Delete a schedule

  1. Open the report you want to edit.
  2. Hover your mouse over the schedule you want to delete. Click the X button to delete it.

  3. Click Delete to confirm.
