Inventory Item Summary report (New)

The Inventory Item Summary report lists all of your inventory items (tracked, untracked, active, inactive), over a set period of time. Run the report to see the opening and closing balances for your items, plus any purchases, sales, adjustments and profit over this period.

We have improved the Inventory Items Summary report. The new report includes all of your inventory items. You can still run the previous version of the Inventory Items Summary report.

Your user role determines if you can see this report, and whether you can save and publish it or just view it.

Access and run the Inventory Item Summary report

  1. In the Reports menu, select All Reports.
  2. Under Inventory, click Inventory Item Summary (New).
  3. Select a date, then click Update to view your report.

Customise your report

Click Report Settings to customise your report.
