Change your staff's user roles to control quotes

An effective way to control quotes in your organisation is to prevent your staff from both creating and sending quotes. You might want them to just create a quote so you, as the organisation owner, can send it.

To prevent your staff being able to send a quote, you need to change their user role in Xero to Invoice Only (Draft Only). But be aware this will also affect their access to bills and sales invoices.
