Print one or more purchase orders
Print or save PDF copies of purchase orders so you can send them by post to your suppliers.
- In the Accounts menu, select Purchases.
Under Purchase orders, click the status panel of the purchase order or orders you want.
- Click a purchase order or select the checkboxes of the ones you want.
- (Optional) If a purchase order is approved, select the Mark as Sent checkbox.
- Click Print.
