View voided or deleted invoices or bills

Here's how to view invoices or bills that have been voided or deleted. Your user role determines your access to invoices and bills.

  1. In the Accounts menu, select either Sales or Purchases.
  2. Click See all.

  3. Click Search to show the search panel.

  4. (Optional) Enter details of the transaction you're searching for in the search panel fields.
  5. (Optional) If you're searching sales, select the Include Deleted & Voided checkbox.

  6. (Optional) If you're searching purchases, select the All including deleted & voided from the Type field.

  7. Click Search.
