Restore an archived employee contact (for Xero's Pay Run feature)

Restore an archived employee contact so they are an employee on your payroll again and can be added to future pay runs. This includes copied pay runs, where that employee was part of a pay run before they were archived.

  1. In the Contacts menu, select Payrun Employees.
  2. Click the Archived tab.
  3. From the list of employee contacts, click the name of the employee you want to restore.
  4. Click Restore Contact.

  5. Click Restore to confirm.
