Customise cheques printed from Xero

If you have a Canadian organisation and print cheques for purchases, refunds or expense claims directly from Xero, you can use cheque styles to customise the cheque format and display information. Only preprinted stock is compatible with Canadian cheques in Xero.

There is no limit to the number of cheque styles you can add. You can add a new style from scratch or copy an existing style.

How do I add a cheque style?

  1. Go to Settings, then General Settings.
  2. Under Features click Cheque Styles.
  3. Click New Style.
