Payslips (using Xero's Pay Run feature)

Generate payslips for each of your employees after you process a pay run so they have an email or printed PDF record of their earnings and deductions in the most recent pay period.

What a payslip contains

  • Employee details such as the employee contact name and address
  • Pay run details
  • Earnings for the employee broken down by pay item, including wages, allowances, and non-taxable allowances
  • Deductions from the employee's earnings broken down by pay item, including taxes, and post-tax deductions
  • Total take home pay for the employee for that pay period
  • Employer contributions
