Use groups to reduce the number of staff members shown in the staff list and make it easier to find a staff member.
Xero HQ has several built-in groups that you can use to sort the staff list based on information about your staff members.
All staff is the default group and displays a list of all members of your practice staff.
Click Administrator, Standard, Master administrator, or Standard (Consultant) to show a list of your staff assigned to that Xero HQ user role.
Click Pending or Active to filter the list based on the status of the staff member's invitation to the practice.
