Create report pack templates in Partner Edition

Create customised annual accounts and other report pack templates to suit your practice. Report pack templates can be made up of a wide range of Xero reports, and you can create as many as your practice needs.

Important. You currently have a choice between the existing report packs and their replacement, the new report templates. This page provides information on using the old report packs in Xero.

Save template as draft or ready to use

Save drop-down button.

You have two options for saving a report pack you have created, copied and modified, or edited:

  • Save as draft, or
  • Save as ready to use.

Save as draft to hide it from your client organisations

A report pack saved as draft won't be available to run in your client organisations. Any report packs that have already been run using that template will remain unchanged.

Save as ready to use to make it available in your client organisations

Save the report pack template as 'ready to use' to make it available in every organisation in your practice.
Access and generate adviser report packs

There is no Save option on the SPFR. If you want to modify the SPFR you can copy it, then save the copy as ready to use. If your practice doesn't need to use this report pack at all, you can archive it.
