Summarise a group of accounts on a new financial report

Summarise groups of accounts into one line on the new Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Movements in Equity, and Statement of Cash Flows reports.

  1. Open the report you want to edit and click Edit Layout.
  2. Click the arrow to the left of an account group name to expand (itemise) or contract (summarise) that group on the report.

  3. When you've finished editing the report layout, click Done.
