Run the Disposal Schedule report (New)
Run the Disposal Schedule to display your organisation's capital gains, book depreciation recovered and losses on disposal of fixed assets.
Access and run the Disposal Schedule report
- In the Reports menu, select All Reports.
- Under Fixed Assets, click ... to expand the section if the report is hidden.
- Click Disposal Schedule.
- Select a date range, then click Update to view your report.
Customise your report
Click Report Settings to customise your report.
Column display options
- Asset Number
- Asset Type

- Cost Account

- For a taxable purpose
- To produce exempt income
- To produce non-assessable exempt income

Asset numbers. Not account numbers (in your chart of accounts).
Asset types entered in your assets' details. Not account numbers (in your chart of accounts).
The book value of the asset at the time of disposal.
The amount the sale price exceeds the cost price.
The original purchase cost of the asset.
Accounts (in your chart of accounts) you've coded your assets to.
If you've set a ceiling value on any high value (luxury) items for the purposes of depreciation claims.
The excess of the sale price over the book value of the asset (up to the cost price).
Date asset was sold or disposed.
How long (in years) a depreciating asset can be used:
Accounts (in your chart of accounts) you've coded your assets' depreciation expense to.
The book value less the sale price in the case of a sale.
The book depreciation method you chose in Fixed Assets.
The name you've given the asset.
Purchase dates entered in your asset details.
The book depreciation rate you've set for the asset.
If you've set an effective life value for an asset, no rate will display. You can't have a rate and an effective life.
Salvageable value at the end of the effective depreciation period. This value will limit the minimum book value amount for depreciation.
The amount the asset was sold for.
