Delete a quote

If you or someone else has mistakenly created a quote, find out how to delete it.

Delete a draft quote

  1. In the Accounts menu, select Sales.
  2. Under Quotes, click the Draft status panel.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the quote you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete.

  5. Click OK.

Delete a sent, accepted or invoiced quote

  1. In the Accounts menu, select Sales.
  2. Under Quotes, click the Sent, Accepted or Invoiced status panel.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the quote you want to delete.
  4. Click More, then click Delete.

  5. Click OK.

Deleting an invoiced quote does not delete the invoice.
