Change auto super registration details

Change the details of the authoriser or bank account you've previously registered for auto super.

Before requesting a change, please ensure there are no pending batches in the auto superannuation payment screen.
  1. If you're the Xero subscriber or the current authoriser for the organisation, click the Contact Xero Support button at the bottom of this page.
  2. Include your Xero organisation name and:
    1. To change the authoriser add:
      • Organisation Name (as it appears in Xero)
      • ABN
      • New Authoriser Name
      • New Authoriser Email
      • New Authoriser Mobile Number
    2. To change bank account details add:
      • Organisation Name (as it appears in Xero)
      • ABN
      • New BSB
      • New Account Number
      • New Account Name
